about

Music composed by Ulises Labaronnie & Ezequiel Rosso
Recorded and mixed at U_estudio, in July 2010

UL : synthesizers, electronic treatments, mixing
ER: bandoneon, piano

The idea was to present a unique fusion of the Argentine music identity of Astor Piazzola with elements of the Berlin School, the symphonic touch inspired by Vangelis and Olivier Messiaen, with details of a romantic piano.

The original edition was on CD and was accompanied by two extensive tours through distant and forgotten places in Patagonia (a Terra Incognita).

The public reception was surprisingly good and the music was presented numerous times also with visuals.

Then, due to travel and format changes in the recording industry, the album was out of sales for years.

And now we want to bring it back to a digital format, so that from different corners of the world they can enjoy this unique composition, which are those memorable moments in life.

The title refers not only to the unknown land, but also to exploring a musical combination never before approached.
